Our tool and die department has a unique feature in that our design
staff also manufacture and test our dies. This fact enables our
designers to have the added advantage of understanding the unique
requirements of a production die and how it functions in the field
of service, enabling us to supply "top quality" dies time and
time again.
Many of our die applications are so diverse that we mention them as
special areas of expertise. These are hole piercing and skiving. We
can also supply a range of custom hydraulic presses with or without
die packages.

Design &
Manufacture - We can design and build your die or die
components for you. Our services include a full testing of
your die or components at our facility.
Design - If you have your own manufacturing
capabilities, we can design your die for you. On completion of
the design, we will supply you with a set of blue prints and a
bill of material. |

| Hole Piercing
- Our experience has shown that in many drilling applications
it is possible to pierce the holes with a die/ press. Hole
piercing is an excellent way to achieve quality accurate holes
time and time again. We are experienced in piercing holes in
many materials, including plastic, aluminum, and steel. On
many occasions we have supplied custom presses with our hole
piercing applications. |

Jig &
Fixture - Many of today's high volume manufacturing
facilities require jigs and fixtures to aid in their
production. Over many years our company has designed numerous
jigs and fixtures of varying complexity with manual,
hydraulic, or pneumatic operating modes. If you manufacture
repetitive parts with "long set-up times", let us take a
look. This may be a good application for a fixture. |

Die Repair -
If your equipment is down and you need production, we can supply
you with a repair service that will bring you back into
production in the fastest possible time. We also offer scheduled
maintenance service for your existing dies.
